Associate Content Producer - (Hybrid)

Content Production:

• Creating video content for key social media platforms that it in line with short-form content best-practices and current trends and social data.
• Primary focus will be on video production for our YouTube, TikTok and Instagram channels across all our projects and titles.
• Directly involved in content planning and working closely with the senior community manager to plan out and build content schedules that shape our social media campaigns.
• Scope to feed into the creative direction of how we plan our social campaigns.

Community Support:

• Assist the community team in planning out social campaigns for our titles, specifically with a focus on content planning for social channels that reflect the team’s goals and focuses.
• Support the community team with the production and running of community events, such as live gameplay streams and developer AMAs on Discord and YouTube.
• Assist the wider Publishing team with in-game capture for trailer and video production.
• Help with the management and curation of content for our social channels.
• Become a VR specialist and develop a core understanding of the VR landscape and VR studios’ use of social channels, building learnings into future content plans and campaigns.

The skills you’ll need:

• Experience with making social content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube. 
• Have a strong working knowledge of best-practices in video production, with a focus on short-form video production.
• Fluent in video production and editing tools, ideally with Adobe editing suite, and comfortable editing videos natively on applications like TikTok and Instagram if needed.
• Technical knowledge of the hardware and software needed for both video and livestream recordings. 
• Demonstrable proof of taking on briefs for specific audiences and targets in mind and creating assets that meet those goals.

• Quick problem-solving skills, able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. 
• Willing to bring your creativity to the table in planning our content schedules and putting our games into the best possible light!

• Understanding of social platforms and willingness to learn how social and marketing campaigns are constructed.
• Take responsibility for workload whilst being respectful and skilled at compromise.
• Are passionate about games!
• Demonstrate collaboration and desire to help the team to achieve great results!
• Can communicate with people at all levels with positivity and professionalism.
• Are committed to producing work of the highest quality and take pride in your work.

Nice to have’s:

• Experience in producing gaming related videos.
• Experience with camera set-up and operation, as well as lighting and sound. 
• Some knowledge of VR games.
• Experience in events and live streaming.
