We are looking for a Principal Programmer to help bring our unannounced next-gen VR game to life at nDreams.
You will be collaborating with a talented team to help us explore, create, and deliver innovative software.

Key responsibilities:
- Designing and directing high-quality, scalable features for our exciting AAA-quality games.
- Applying specialist knowledge and experience to cutting-edge feature and system development.
- Working with the production team to plan, steer and review code work across a project.
- Guiding a code team in the production of clean, efficient and reusable code.
- Driving the technical quality of gameplay, systems and visuals throughout our products.
Requirements
Essential capabilities:
- 5+ years of professional programming experience, with a minimum of one shipped title on a current-generation console, PC, VR headset or mobile.
- An experienced generalist who's self motivated, a team player and takes the lead on complex projects.
- An advanced knowledge base of C++ programming, data structures, design patterns and software engineering.
- A proven track record programming high quality features for published PC, console or mobile titles, along with authoring efficient and scalable game systems.
- A thorough knowledge of 3D maths and data structures, along with performance minded development and optimisation skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring other programmers.
Desired experience:
- Experience working professionally with Unreal 4, with Unreal 5 being a bonus.
- Experience developing for VR.
- Interest in the VR market and the latest gameplay innovations.
