nDreams is looking for an Internal Communications Associate to champion our initiatives, events and achievements to our award-winning studio and publishing team!

As the Internal Communications Associate it will be your job to communicate and champion company-led initiatives, events and activities as set out by our Talent & L&D (learning and development) teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Development and Publishing teams to give greater focus to our product-led achievements where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all nDreams employees are kept informed about company-wide activity, initiatives, and events
  • Plan, write, edit, and post content to team members via our various internal communication platforms and a regular digital newsletter
  • Closely collaborate with relevant stakeholders on engaging internal stories and campaigns
  • Respond to feedback from employees and adjust communication content accordingly to maintain the appropriate perception and reputation
  • Assist the Talent team in ensuring all internal and external content meets company content standards regarding nDreams brand guidelines, Talent Pillars and our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

Essential capabilities

  • A knowledgebase of communication platforms, tools, and social media platforms
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator who works well within a team
  • A relevant degree in either English, communications, marketing, or related subjects OR demonstrable work experience in keeping with the role
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiastic “can-do attitude” and sense of humour are a must!
  • Keen interest in gaming

Desired experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience within a communications team (internal communications team preferred)
