Associate Brand Manager - Publishing (Hybrid)

We are nDreams, one of the world’s leading developers/publishers focused on VR games. As our team and portfolio of titles continue to grow, we are on the search for an Associate Brand Manager. The roles will sit within our growing Publishing team and will support the marketing campaigns for a host of upcoming titles and projects.
- Support the Brand Director and Brand Managers in the research, development and planning of marketing plans for assigned titles.
- Manage tactics and projects that support the delivery of the strategy and plans, ensuring they are effective, delivered on time and to budget.
- Produce asset briefs and liaise with the internal creative team and external agencies to create assets and materials as required.
- Manage asset approvals, critique assets to ensure brand consistency.
- Act as an evangelist for assigned titles and the VR market. Demo games to stakeholders and become an expert in each title’s competitive environment.
- Collaborate with the wider publishing team- community, PR, events, commercial etc - to ensure the whole campaign is executed and supported effectively.
- Collate and analyse data from marketing activities and channels, compile findings into reports.
- Assist the development and implementation of company marketing projects, activities and assets.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience within a marketing role. Experience within the games, entertainment or tech industries, and in consumer brand marketing, would be advantageous
- Evidence of applied and theoretical understanding of brand and marketing management.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully plan and execute projects on time and to budget.
- Experience developing briefs and feeding back on assets.
- Proven written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with individuals and teams of different backgrounds and seniorities.
- Inquisitive, analytical and thrive on feedback.
- Knowledge and passion for video games and the video game industry.

This is a permanent, full time role. Salary is competitive and dependent on your experience.
