1st Line IT Support Engineer
ApplyAs a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems. This is a highly visible role that requires excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
The role reports to the IT Helpdesk Manager and will work regularly with peers in the IT team, and will collaborate directly with the talented teams across the company.
