FP&A Manager (Hybrid)



We are looking for a brilliant FP&A whizz to lead the next exciting stage of our reporting journey. Reporting to the Head of Finance but working closely with the wider finance team, this role will take ownership of all financial reporting, along with ad hoc analysis and financial planning processes.

You will be joining a diverse team of talented individuals, working together to support the nDreams Group and our multiple games studios within.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting process, working with the Studios and department heads to build robust and accurate plans
  • Lead the quarterly forecasting process and all associated reporting
  • Own the delivery of our existing suite of reports (board slides, month-end reports, investor reporting, etc) and continually look to improve and develop these to suit business need
  • Implement, and then maintain, a new reporting and dashboard tool to support the wider business on its data visibility and accessibility targets
  • Utilise various BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance, providing essential analysis on KPIs
  • Collaborate with the finance team to lead the new finance business partnering programme
  • Review existing processes and procedures and support the Head of Finance with the rollout of recommended improvements
  • Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions including post-project commercial reviews
  • Line Management of a Junior Analyst


Who are we looking for?

  • Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE experience (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Demonstratable experience in leading end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Solid and robust advanced Excel skills, ideally with exposure to dashboard creation
  • Experience with Modelling, project reporting and scenario/sensitivity planning
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work with a ‘project’ mindset
  • Confident communication and presentation skills – able to challenge and support non-financial senior managers
  • Line Management experience desired
  • Experience with using Netsuite desired
