nDreams is a world-leading VR game developer and publisher, combining innovation with excellence. We are the team behind the #1 selling, Best-of-E3 award-winning Phantom: Covert Ops and the recently launched Far Cry: Dive Into Insanity, and we’ve got several exciting projects planned for 2021 and beyond including Fracked, our recently announced PlayStation VR exclusive.

These projects – and others we can’t yet talk about! – continue to push forward the boundaries of VR and we’re looking for talented people to help us turn them into a reality. Once you’ve seen what we’re up to, we’re convinced you’ll want to be involved…

We are looking for an External Producer to oversee the development of our third party published games by external development studios. Managing production to ensure game content is delivered within scope and on schedule, the role reports into the VP of Publishing (who heads up nDreams Third Party Publishing initiative).

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Oversee and manage the production of externally developed titles we’ve signed to publish via our Third Party Publishing initiative.
  • Ensure the development of these titles are delivered within budget and on schedule, whilst achieving the highest-quality possible.
  • Coordinate reviews of milestone deliverables and work closely with the VP of Publishing to ensure they are fully achieved to the highest standards.
  • Ensure frequent, open and effective communication between the external development team and internal stakeholders, and all other necessary groups internally or externally.


Requirements

  • An experienced External Producer who has shipped multiple titles.
  • Created milestone content and realistic production schedules in coordination with team leads and management.
  • Ensured project scope is adhered to and delivered in accordance with expectations.
  • Identified and resolved conflicts between schedule, capacity and design goals.
  • Managed day-to-day communication of matters regarding schedule, capacity, change and risk whilst making recommendations accordingly.
  • Ensured that project team members are working from a tracked schedule and that they have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability for the quality and timeliness of their contribution.
  • Ensured excellent communication, positive working relationships and teamwork within the development teams and across disciplines.
