nDreams is a world-leading VR game developer and publisher, combining innovation with excellence. We are the team behind the #1 selling, Best-of-E3 award-winning Phantom: Covert Ops and the recently launched Far Cry: Dive Into Insanity, and we’ve got several exciting projects planned for 2021 and beyond including Fracked, our recently announced PlayStation VR exclusive.

This Level Design Internship Program will help you acquire skills utilising industry tools, an understanding of the whole role process and real games industry experience, working alongside high level professionals.

⏰ This is a Full-Time Role as an internship but “if the cap fits” we would love to offer you a full-time role post program.

Let’s talk about what you will do!
🕹 Help define great gameplay for one of our titles. This could be exploring an idea for a weapon, enemy or building a level for players to enjoy.
🕹 Help brainstorm ideas and document the outcomes for other members of the team.
🕹 Own your ideas and see them develop from prototype to playable content.

The role is based in our modern studio in Farnborough, UK, but with a unique Flex+ policy which incorporates options for flexible, hybrid working from home and studio. The studio is within easy commuting distance from London and Guildford. Salary is competitive and dependent on your experience.

🎯 Do I need previous experience?
No – All we require you to have experience in, is being a team player who wants to help the company succeed!
🎯 How long does the process take?
This is candidate dependant, but usually, there is a Telephone/Teams initial interview then a formal interview with the Head of Department.
🎯 Where will I work from post-Covid?
We are now a hybrid studio, we expect our team to have flexibility and availability, but we also understand personal situations, and try to support all aspects.
🎯 Can I study at the same time?
Yes – Your normal studies continue, along with any extracurricular activities the candidate is part of. We endeavour to support our teams in all things they are doing in/outside of nDreams, and this continues through our internship Program.
