Our projects continue to push forward the boundaries of VR and we’re looking for talented people to help us turn them into a reality. Our talented studio now has over 100 people and has been assembled from world-leading games developers and publishers.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a project manager who will join us in Shared Services Group, managing the work being allocated to the group and the resources to meet the timeline and quality required by our studios. The project manager is responsible for proactively coordinating the multiple teams within SSG by owning the day-to-day relationship with key stakeholders and resources to ensure all needs, requirements and expectations are met while also planning to manage risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the resource allocation and management within SSG.
  • Liaise between stakeholders and internal or external resources to ensure the work is delivered to schedule and quality expected.
  • Proactively identify, report and take ownership of unblocking any day-to-day issues arising within the process to keep it efficient and operational whilst ensuring that expectations are fulfilled and requirements are met.
  • Manage multiple projects across various studios and make sure that the work is prioritized based on business needs.
  • Collate feedback from stakeholders and clients after the work has been presented.
  • Optimize process for the team on an ongoing basis to make sure that all projects are run as smoothly as possible.

Requirements

Essential capabilities:

  • Successfully developed and managed people, resources and schedules in the successful production of multimedia projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, and experience in presenting to senior level stakeholders and external clients.
  • Highly organised, experienced in running multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
  • Experience producing marketing assets beneficial.
  • Have good understanding of the video games market especially VR.

Salary is competitive and dependent on your experience.
