Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord Story Trailer

We're excited to team up once again with Sony Pictures Virtual Reality to reveal a brand new story trailer for Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord. Debuted at the latest Meta Quest Gaming Showcase, uncover new details on the larger-than-life supervillain Ghost Lord.

Witness the descent of Gustav Hookfaber, the dismissed understudy to the 1984 Ghostbusters at Columbia University, and catch a glimpse of the new Ghostbusters HQ in San Francisco, where you'll gear up to bust ghosts across an extensive and engrossing campaign.

“Who is the Ghost Lord? Why is he in San Francisco? And why is he obsessed with the Ghostbusters? Fans have been asking us about Ghost Lord since we announced the name of the game, so we’re happy to finally share more about this supervillain that expands the Ghostbusters universe,” says Jake Zim, Senior Vice President, Virtual Reality, Sony Pictures Entertainment.
