Little Cities - Attractions Update Out Now! Win Your Own Attraction Competition

We’re delighted to share that our free Attractions update for Little Cities is out now! This second major content update for players on Quest and Quest 2 lets you relax into a whole new level of cosy creativity, with over 30 new Attractions – items to totally transform the look and vibe of your little cities. Plus, the all-new Style Rating system brings a fresh layer of depth, now rewarding you for impressing your citizens with your stylish skills.

To celebrate, we’ll be giving you the chance to win an incredible prize in our competition. But before that, here’s a full list of the changes in this latest update:

New Features

Over 30 new unlockable Attractions including concession stands, street decorations and flora.

Style Rating System

This new feature rates the current style of your city as you get creative with Attractions. Up your rating to unlock even more items!

Pairings

Attractions can be paired with specific buildings, specials and services to increase revenue – and there’s even some secret pairings that award a higher Style Rating.

We are also excited to see what little cities you will create, and as such we are today starting a brand-new giveaway for our community to enter!

To celebrate the launch of the Attractions Update, we’re asking you to showcase your style for a chance to have your very own Attraction added to Little Cities!

But how do I enter? It’s simple! All you need to do is create a city using the newly added Attractions, take a screenshot  and share the screenshot with us on Discord, Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #PrettyLittleCities.

Once the competition has ended a voting panel consisting of nDreams and Purple Yonder will vote on whose city they think has the most style. The screenshot with the most votes will be deemed the winner. Sounds fun, right?

How to Enter

1. Create a city in *Little Cities* using the new Attractions
2. Take a screenshot (or video) of your most stylish city creation

How to Take a screenshot on Quest Devices 

There are various ways to take a screenshot, or video, on Quest devices and instructions on how to do this can be found on the Meta Website.

Once you’ve got your screenshot all you need to do is share it with us on Discord, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #PrettyLittleCities.

The Prize

An Attraction based on you built from the ground up and included in the game for everyone to enjoy. That’s not all, as the winner will also receive a cozy Little Cities Snuggle blanket hoodie to keep them comfy and warm.

Start & End Date 

The competition will start on 22^nd September 2022 at 6pm BST / 10am PST and will end on 20^th October 2022 at 6pm BST / 10am PST.

Competition Rules

KEY RULES 

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of these key rules summarising the important rules for participating in the Promotion.

B. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 13 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

C. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between September 22^nd, 2022 at 10:00am (Pacific Time) / 18:00 (British Summer Time) and October 20th, 2022 at 10:00 am (Pacific Time) / 18:00 (British Summer Time) (the “Entry Period”).

D. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period (collectively your “Entry”):

• Capture a screenshot (the “Screenshot”) of your city in Little Cities (the “Game”) that features some of the new attractions that were added in the latest game update.
• Share your creation via Twitter, Facebook or Instagram account or the nDreams Discord server.
• To share via Twitter, Facebook or Instagram:
  - Log into your Twitter, Facebook or Instagram account 
  - Share your screenshot with @nDreams on Twitter, @ndreams_vr on Instagram or @nDreamsVR on Facebook using the hashtag: #PrettyLittleCities 
• To share via Discord:
  - Log into Discord or Join the nDreams Discord server. 
  - Share your screenshot in the -little-cities server 
     

E. Additional entry restrictions and terms: 

• You must possess an active Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or Discord account and an and have access to a working internet connection and web browser.
• You are responsible for all charges associated with the internet connection and any fees associated with the registration for a Twitter. Facebook, Instagram or Discord account (accounts are available for free).
• You may submit no more than one (1) Tweet per day during the Entry Period. Multiple Tweets posted in a single day during the Entry Period (including duplicates, near duplicates, updates, or links) will not be accepted. You will only be eligible for one (1) prize regardless of how many Tweets you submit.
• You must capture your own Screenshot. Your city and attractions must be visible in the Screenshot. You may use image editing software to crop your Screenshot, but you may not otherwise edit or modify the Screenshot.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsors (listed below), will select a panel of qualified judges to select one winner from among all entries using the following criteria:

• Creativity in the screenshot.
• Use of attractions across the entrant’s city

G. Prize(s): One (1) winner shall receive the following prize(s):

• One (1) Little Cities snuggle hoody
• Purple Yonder will design an in-game attraction inspired by discussions with the winner. The ultimate decision of the attraction design rests with The Sponsors. 

The judge's decision is final. 

Prizes cannot be sold or transferred. 

Sponsors reserve the right to re-distribute any unclaimed prize.

H. Winner Notification: Sponsors, or Sponsors’ designee, will notify the winner in or about October 2022 via email, social media or Discord.
