We are NDREAMS LIMITED, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with the registered address at Spectrum Point, 279 Farnborough Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, United Kingdom, GU14 7LS, and registration number 04362105 (“nDreams”, “we” or “us”), and we are a video games publisher.
Where we decide the means or purpose of processing your personal data, we are the “controller".

What is this Privacy Notice about?
This notice explains how nDreams collects and processes personal data, as a controller, relating to users (individually referred to as a “User” and collectively referred to as “Users”) of OH MY GALAXY! (“Game”) and any services provided by nDreams in connection with the Game (“Services”). “You” and “your” shall refer to any User.
Please note, the Game, the Services and this Privacy Notice may refer to websites or services not operated by nDreams. You should refer to the privacy notices on those websites and services to understand how they process personal data.
Updates to this Privacy Notice:
nDreams may make updates to this Privacy Notice from time to time (for example because our services have changed or because of changes in the law) so do check back in on a regular basis. In some circumstances, we may also appropriately notify Users of any updates. The date this Privacy Notice was last updated can be found at the beginning of this Privacy Notice.
What data do we collect and for what purpose?
The data we process and/or collect from and about Users varies depending on what is required for the Game and the Services. Where we collect and use personal data, we do so only where we have a lawful reason to use that data for a particular purpose.
We collect the following data to improve, test, and monitor the quality and delivery of the Game and Services. This also helps us identify and fix bugs and improve the Game.

We process this data only where you have provided consent, which is requested when you first start the Game. You may withdraw your consent at any time by selecting “Decline” button on the Share Analytics page in the Game’s Settings Menu. Withdrawing consent will not affect a User’s ability to continue playing the Game, although it will not undo processing already carried out before consent was withdrawn.
If you are under the age of 13, do not click the “Accept” button. If you are under 13 and have already clicked “Accept”, please immediately withdraw consent by selecting “Decline” button on the Share Analytics page in the Game’s Setings Menu.
The Game uses Sentry to detect and fix crashes, errors and stability issues. When a crash or error occurs, a report is automatically sent to us the next time the Game is restarted. This report may include:
This information is pseudonymised per installation. It is used only to diagnose and resolve issues, and cannot be linked to you personally across installs or apps. Reports are sent automatically and are necessary to maintain the proper functioning of the Game.
Data is shared only with Sentry as our processor and is retained only as needed to investigate and fix issues. No data contained in these reports is used for analytics, profiling, or advertising.

We will collect your name or user ID, email address and any other personal information provided when you contact nDreams for support regarding the Game and/or Services. We do this as it is in our legitimate interest to ensure that we can appropriately respond to your query.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
nDreams shall only store and retain the data for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above and until it is no longer required for by nDreams.
We may need to keep personal data for longer if required by law, if we are required to keep such data, we will ensure that it is secure, and your rights set out below can still be exercised where possible.
