Please avoid including such information in your application materials unless it is relevant to a specific requirement of the role.&nbsp;</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2><br>How We Collect Your Data&nbsp;</h2>\n<p>In addition to personal data that you provide directly to us, we may also receive personal data about you from the following sources:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Direct applications</strong> &mdash; when you apply through Workable, send us your CV by email, or submit an application through the nDreams website;&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Job boards and platforms</strong> &mdash; when you apply through LinkedIn or other job boards where our vacancies are posted;&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Recruiter outreach</strong> &mdash; where our team contacts you proactively based on publicly available information, such as your LinkedIn profile. In these cases, we will tell you where we found your information when we first get in touch;&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Referrals </strong>&mdash; when you are referred to us by a current employee, a professional contact, or a recruitment agency;&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Recruitment agencies </strong>&mdash; where an agency submits your details to us on your behalf. The agency is responsible for its own handling of your data before it reaches us. Once we receive your data, we handle it in accordance with this notice;&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Referees </strong>&mdash; when you provide their details as part of the recruitment process and we contact them for employment references; and&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Former employers</strong> &mdash; where they share reference information with us during pre-employment checks.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Any personal data obtained from these sources will be processed in accordance with this notice and only where necessary for recruitment purposes. Regardless of how we receive your application, all candidate data is stored and managed within Workable, our applicant tracking system.&nbsp;</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2><br>How We Use Your Data&nbsp;</h2>\n<p>We use your personal data for the following purposes:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li>assessing your suitability for the role you have applied for;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>communicating with you about your application, including scheduling interviews and providing updates;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>verifying the information you have provided, including taking up references;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>complying with our legal obligations as a potential employer (for example, confirming your right to work); and&nbsp;</li>\n<li>improving our recruitment processes.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The lawful bases we rely on are:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Legitimate interest</strong> &mdash; we have a legitimate interest in recruiting suitable candidates to fill roles at nDreams. We use your data to assess your application, communicate with you, and manage our recruitment process.&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Pre-contractual steps</strong> &mdash; where you are progressing toward an offer, processing your data is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract of employment.&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Legal obligation</strong> &mdash; in some cases, we are required by law to process certain data, for example to verify your right to work in the UK.&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Consent </strong>&mdash; with your consent, we may keep your details on file after a specific application has closed so that we can contact you about future roles that may be suitable. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at data@ndreams.com.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>\n<h2><br>How Long We Keep Your Data&nbsp;</h2>\n<p>We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary considering the reasons for which it was collected.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your application data for up to 12 months after the close of the relevant recruitment process. This allows us to deal with any queries or disputes that may arise and to evidence our compliance with equal opportunities obligations.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>With your consent, we may keep your details on file beyond this period to contact you about future roles. You can ask us to delete your details from our system at any time by contacting us at data@ndreams.com. If you do, we will not be able to contact you about future opportunities.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>If your application is successful and you become an employee, your application data will be retained as part of your employee file and handled in accordance with our internal privacy notice.&nbsp;</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2><br>How and Where We Store Your Data&nbsp;</h2>\n<p>We use <strong>Workable </strong>as our applicant tracking system. Workable is a US-based platform and processes your data on our behalf as our data processor. We have an appropriate data processing agreement in place with Workable to ensure your data is handled securely and in accordance with the UK GDPR. Where your data is transferred to the United States, appropriate safeguards are in place.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Applications and CVs sent to us directly by email are stored securely on Microsoft Office 365, which is hosted in Dublin (within the European Union).&nbsp;</p>\n<p>We may also receive applications through recruitment agencies. Where we do, the agency is responsible for its own handling of your data prior to sharing it with us. Once we receive your data, we handle it in accordance with this notice.&nbsp;</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2><br>Who We Share Your Data With&nbsp;</h2>\n<p>We will not share any of your personal data with any third parties for any purposes, with the following exceptions:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Workable </strong>&mdash; our applicant tracking system, which processes your data on our behalf as described above;&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Recruitment agencies</strong> &mdash; where you have applied through an agency and communication about your application is necessary;&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Referees </strong>&mdash; whom we may contact to verify information in your application;&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Other Aonic group companies</strong> &mdash; where necessary for group-wide recruitment coordination (for example, where a role could be filled at more than one studio); and&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Law enforcement and authorities</strong> &mdash; in some limited circumstances, we may be legally required to share certain personal data if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order, or the instructions of a government authority.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>nDreams does not sell your personal data.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<h2><br>Your Rights&nbsp;</h2>\n<p>Under the UK GDPR, you have the following rights, which we will always work to uphold:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li>the right to be informed about our collection and use of your personal data;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>the right to access the personal data we hold about you;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>the right to have your personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>the right to ask us to delete your personal data;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>the right to restrict the processing of your personal data;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>the right to object to us using your personal data for a particular purpose;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>the right to data portability, where applicable; and&nbsp;</li>\n<li>rights relating to automated decision-making and profiling.
