We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as race, ethnicity, health information or religious beliefs as part of the recruitment process. Please avoid including such information in your application materials unless it is relevant to a specific requirement of the role.

We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary considering the reasons for which it was collected.
If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your application data for up to 12 months after the close of the relevant recruitment process. This allows us to deal with any queries or disputes that may arise and to evidence our compliance with equal opportunities obligations.
With your consent, we may keep your details on file beyond this period to contact you about future roles. You can ask us to delete your details from our system at any time by contacting us at data@ndreams.com. If you do, we will not be able to contact you about future opportunities.
If your application is successful and you become an employee, your application data will be retained as part of your employee file and handled in accordance with our internal privacy notice.
We use Workable as our applicant tracking system. Workable is a US-based platform and processes your data on our behalf as our data processor. We have an appropriate data processing agreement in place with Workable to ensure your data is handled securely and in accordance with the UK GDPR. These rights are not absolute — in some circumstances, we may be unable to fulfil a request in full. If that happens, we will explain why.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Further information about your rights can also be obtained from the ICO or your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
We may update this notice from time to time — for example, when our recruitment processes change or when the law requires it. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this notice.
